LL is there one area that gives you more discomfort/pain/gyp than any other? Maybe we should imagine a hailstorm of light attack each one?

Not particularly....I like the 'hailstorm' approach

I'm in for the visualisation - I missed it last time as I didn't know when it was as I was in Ibiza.

I'm also in for the losing a stone by 11th July. I'm waiting for my pedometer to come - I'm having a free one from the NHS and they're really good.

    Morning all!

It's going to be a busy day here - the LR is really bugging me as it's reverted to type (messy) so I need to tackle that this morning, and clean myself and the bathroom. Hopefully DH will help with the LR as we have a visitor coming later and DHs stuff is all over both armchairs and some of the floor. Plus he knocked over some things i had neatly tidied up. Then we will be off to our Bible meeting this afternoon which will be lovely. We are going to be learning about why Jehovah allowed Job to suffer.

The kitchen is looking like a tip too, we cooked a roast and a big batch of pork in a tomatoey sauce yesterday and the kitchen needs a good clean up!

I guess I'd better get on with it!

Hi AnW'sMum, glad you got through, thought about you a lot yesterday. :)

Count me in for visualisation tonight.
    Double ditto...

would we sort of visualise LL bathed in a healthy glow wiping out all her little bu**ers?

    oh Good Morning everyone!

    Morning Julie

I'm here....the kittens have no respect for my sunday lie-in!! So they have been fed, litter tray emptied & cleaned now I'm going to declutter a cuppa while watching them play.....they are so cute.

    Hope your ankle improves

    xx

    ETA Hi Denise

Sorry to inform you IT GETS NO BETTER!!! Our 14 year old cat yelled at me to feed her at 4am, 5am and 6am. I would't mind but her food bowl was full! I think she might be going doolally as until you show her the food bowl she seems to not know where it is even though we never move it! Grrrrrrrr!

Dogs have been out for an hour and a half, dishwasher loaded and breakfast decluttered. I'm about to walk stripes again as i'm going to see my parets and she may as well come too! She won't be happy!

I'm in for the visualisation....I love the idea of the hailstorm of light. I'll be lighting my candle and thinking of tootles and LL. How long do you want us to do it for? xx

    Morning all

Feeling a bit more inspired to fly today so I'm off to do the bathroom now before my shower.

Need to go to town later and to collect my bike that I abandoned at a friends.

We seem to have a small break in the rain at present.

I'm really sorry but 9:00 is not good for me as it is the Apprentice final at that time which I promised to watch with the kids. I know I would not do it properly at that time and I do want to do it. I know a lot of you watch too. Could be do earlier - say 8:45 - sorry I know it is really important but want to be able to concentrate fully.

    Morning everyone

We had a terrific thunderstorm last night about 1.30am. Fortunately it was short so didn't keep me awake too long. And today, we have sunshine again.

Is anyone up for the suggested visualisation at 9pm this evening for Toots and LL?

Ahhh - so I probbly didn't dream the thunder then  :o :rotfl:

And, yes, I'm up for the visualisation anytime this evening (can we do both at the same time ?)

greenbee - I have my Sports Active for the Wii now, so no excuses for me to not exercise and lose that stone   I will need lots of [STRIKE]nagging[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]bullying[/STRIKE] support from everyone on here though :o
