~I was just about to suggest moroccan, yummy!!! I can't remember which recipe I used the last time but there are loads online, I took the bone out and did it diced using sultanas instead of apricots last time but you can just add the spices to the meat.
I was going to say the recipe above looks nice, but it seems to have vanished, I would have thought I was seeing things! One day I might be more organised...........

I thought I was seeing things as well, there was a recipeMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0

oddly enough, I've just done some advance meal prep for tomorrow - it will be leg of lamb slow cooked in a little water, mashed-whatever-needs-using-up veg (prob parsnip and fresh spinach mushed together!)
wanted to have something other than spuds for a change so mixed up a packet of sage & onion stuffing mix with a small handful of raisins and 3 leftover, almost minging, chopped, dried apricots.
stuffing now mixed, in greased dish, dotted with butter, sprinkled with last-of-the-packet-scrapings of flaked almonds, covered with foil, sat in fridge...
dunno how it will all work out but be adventurous OS, I say!
will have enough lamb left to stretch to next day - plotting some kind of lamby, lentilly, pinch of cumin, faux-north-african slop type thing with quick cous cous and fresh spinach salad.
any use? (sad, how I spend my saturday ebenings, innit!:D )0 -
