I did my 10 Km. I walked the whole thing but I am still very proud to have done it. I got to about 7/8 km and my fingers swelled up (!) which worried me and I did go to the loo in the disgusting toliets...... my time for the race was 1.58.33 seconds.
considering I have never walked further then 5 Km in my life before I am pleased.
Knackered and going to take some painkillers but pleased. really pleased.
I feel like a car that has been taken a really good run, I have had a good clear out of my head?
yes that sounds mad but it feels good !!
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The above should have been posted yesterday but my stupid internet connection wouldn't work!
Today at work was hard (I ache!!) my boss is a prat. not exactly news I grant you but there was an especially annoying meeting I managed it but I am going to have a short nap, wake up feeling better and try to forget today and focus on the 10 days till this stage all over.
nap now debt later!

Nope not full of them! my legs hurt!!
and I napped too long. will have to go in to work super early and must take some pain killers for legs:rotfl:
this exercise lark is interesting..........
Rough evening tho, started by being angry about work, had a sleep woken up twice by mum (hence sleeping so long plus being utterly knackered) should have e mailed my friend and my sister but haven't I could do it now but I am getting a need sleep headache and just want everyone to leave me be.
must open my post at some point too. (remind me!!)
Yesterday I was feeling really positive and I know some where I am but I am having a resentful moment about work. some of the things that were said today - that I couldn't defend or question - I just had to sit and bloody listen and that is not me. I am going to have him next year. I will not let this happen again. !!!!!!!.
must go to bed feel all churny and annoyed tho!

Hey Chick
Well done on the 10K walk - what a great achievement.
Work - this part'll be over in 10 days and then you can focus on you and what is right for you.
Keep working on the small things - they all add up.
Sweet dreams

I opened my post, once I 'd written here I hadn't I felt stupid! Tesco's bill a bit scary, but at least I know now. I had saved the money for the dentist but am now lending the money - well some of it to sis. So I will move the remainder to my 0% card. I should have it paid off in two months I reckon. not sure. TBH its not just the money I lent its also a little crazy over spend.
debating whether to work in the holidays. really don't want to.
right must go to bed now!
