I downloaded my photos from the Leeds 10 km.

I have to face facts, I am not just over weight I am fat.

I really belive my life will pass me by if I don't sort this out.

I know this has zero to do with debt but I wanted to write it some where!

I know how you feel - I've just tidied another shelf and put aside a load of clothes that I hope to get back into. 3/4 of my wardrobe is full of clothes don't fit.

I would suggest we buddy up but I find it too stressful/competitive.

Part of my problem is that I am not educated enough about food - I even signed up for an OU module on nutrition and didn't do the work!

Let me have a think about the diet buddy thing and get back to you. I really need to do something as the GP has a word with me every time I visit.

I better get to bed - need to be work on time tomorrow morning!

I have finished my (crappy made up load of nonsense) review at work and I passed! It has been a long three months.
But it is done now!!!

That means I can stay in my job, kick !!!! and generally pay off my debts!

I can't quite believe to honest am in total shock.

In other news I started my new exercise plan today, did my dvd when I got in ..

Being overweight is a symptom. You've has a torrid few months, and I'd bet comfort eating has been a part of that.

Confidence is the key. Not weight. But if the weight gives you confidence, then that is something to go for.
