Hi hope you are starting to feel better - I havet been well recently so have been off the running for 6 weeks or so - so I know how frustrating it can be - dont worry though - it'll be there when you are fit and ready which is the best thing about running

If the pain doesnt get better please call the out of hours doc or go back to A & E and see if they can do an emergency ultrasound because the cyst may be leaking somewhere not very nice - sure its fine, but they really should double check these things - stamp your foot if you have to because they are busy and forget to help people who are too nice...

Today was a bit of a struggle early on but I managed it through the day, and did ok really...

Had a couple more twinges but nothing like what it was.....

DH has now gone off on holiday till monday, so its just me and the puppy......

went for a run today and the same thing happened again.... not as painful but not far off....

did well to manage through the end of the day, arranged some additional care tomorrow to help with it i think....

complete no spend day today as well xx

Im feeling much better this morning and am now off to work for a meeting and also going to get some extra care as well to help my body fight the infection....

afternoon! I planned to go for a walk and do lots of ebaying but i was at my best mates wedding yesertday so i'm shattered and have no energy. did do scottish dancing all night tho so that should balnace it out lol!

Morning all!

So far today done a 6.5km bike ride and my thighs are definitely feeling it, and then took the dog for a mile long walk,it started raining and there are very few things more amusing that a wet pug puppy looking all sad for themselves.

Hes warming up in the kitchen now though.

Going to make some breakfast and then organise my list for today, and get started on that...
