    Evening All

VickyA - what a terrible thing to happen, but thank goodness you're ok.

Not been up to much today. Treated myself to a long bath this morning and spent the afternoon at a BBQ. I had an apple for breakfast and think I'll have a mango and yogurt for dinner as I had plenty of meat at the barbie.

    Enjoy your evenings

Hi Scuzz, have you managed to get into your flat yet.

hi whatatwit No I need the electrics doing and the bathroom put in as there currently isn't one. BIL is doing the electrics slowly and I can't do the bathroom until he's done all the wiring etc in there. It's all very frustrating. But on the plus side the windows are now in.

Sorry for the confusion. I was reading the end of yesterday's thread earlier and found someone asked me about the flat, so replied. Then came back to today's thread and someone else had asked me something else, so replied here too.

    Hi All

Back from the 9 nights away in the 'van, apart for a couple of duffish days, it has been glorious. East Coast of Yorkshire and hot!!:j:beer:confused::D;)

MIssed me :p - No thought not.

Slight mis-hap with the wind on Tueday, when we were re-putting up the awning, it caught it and sent it over the'van - one u/s awning, slight dint in the 'van (now covered by a makers sticker) and luckily it missed the car:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: Next job is sort out the insurance claim.

Hope everyone is OK, have I missed much??

Hey all. Didn't post this morning as I had a LIE IN!!!!
Couldn't face a proper roast dinner with gravy this evening but still wanted something healthy with veg and the chicken I got out. So diced up some courgettes and carrots, chives, garlic, drizzled it all in oilve oil and roasted it in the oven. served with new potatoes it was lush. Felt almost mediterranean.
Cleaned our old tent yesterday so that's re-packed and ready to sell. Caught the sun a bit too so looking a wee bit pink in places.
Have found today hotter than yesterday (not that I am complaining, well maybe just a little) and as such its 25 degrees in DD bedroom. She's just in a nappy and a low tog grobag. Hope she doesn't get too cool in the night and wake up!
Looking forward to tomorrow, haven't checked the forecast yet. Hope it's more sun!
    Have a good evening all!
