  • Well be fair, Fairy liquid is the trade name of the stuff they use to clean up OIL SPILLS!
If you think reality makes sense, you're just not paying attention!

It wasnt just the suds the dishes still felt greasy and just not clean and my other washing up liquid did better I tried it for about a week but I'll give it another try anyway
I really don't know why you are getting results to me.

Does it do the rest of your house fine?

It is nice to think that one bottle would do everything but if you aren't happy with it then stick with your tried and tested washing up liquid for the dishes

I have used it very successfully in my dishwasher. Just a very small squirt in the soap dispenser and then after a normal wash everything came up gleaming. And no problems with too many buubles or anything. Your problem will be that you wont believe how little you have to put in
Try and do a good deed every day.

I only bought some today. have yet to use it.
I just think a list of uses with the diluted strengh would have us newbies to this product.
So far I have picked up from this thread-
    Floors
    kitchen worktops
    oven
    microwave
    bathroom
    patio furniture
    woodwork
    paint work
    dishes
    carpet stains
    clothes stains

Maybe some of the regular uses can add cut and paste and add to the list?
I also bought some but i have used it on paintwork and cleaned Raditors Very impressed. so please any more uses would be Fabulous

I just have to say after reading this thread I decided I had to try this product. I went into my local tesco's they didn't stock it and I felt very dissappointed. However, I went into my local homebargains to find that they did, at 65p a bottle I thought it would definetley be worth a go.
OMG I have never seen anything use such little yet clean so brilliantly. I started on my sons bedroom cleaning their windows, window frames and sill. It looks as if they have had new windows put in. I decided that the next stop was the bathroom, now my bath does get pretty dirty and all other products I have used always looks yellow or as if I haven't really cleaned it.:A
So to say I was dubious is putting it mildly, well I think I may have had a new bathroom TBH or at least that's what it looks like, even my gold coloured taps are sparkling and I swear I may have to put sunglasses on when I next go in the bathroom with the lights on as my bath is so brilliantly white:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks guys for showing me the light, I don't think I will need to buy another cleaning product ever and at 65p who can argue?

  • Has anyone tried it in their steamer - not the food type  - but the carpet type. I know it has been used in a Vax, but I have the sort that doesn't suck up the water afterwards,
As the weather just might be getting warmer and drier soon, I thought I might try and clean the carpets. Goodness knows, they need it!
  • I tried it for my washing

bunged about 60ml into a machine at the laundrette and at first thought i may have put too much in as there were quite a lot of bubbles in the drum but it worked fine
