I have used it in many ways, diluted in a squirty bottle for fridge, washer, cupboard fronts etc, neat in a bin which needed a dark good clean. Haven't used much so far as trying to use up the stocks in cleaning cupbaord of other chemicals, but impressed with what I have used, I didn't think it would get that ribena off the fridge but it did, over the moon! One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I have a tip for the festive season.....
You know the snow spray that you put on the windows that says that you should pay out another £3 for the remover stuff, DON'T cos stardrops works wonders. Tested it today and it was amazing, use M/F cloth and then buff, good as new.
I have been using stardrops for ages, my mum is amazed at the the fact that I go round recommending it to people and I even took a bottle into work cos the cleaning lady is off at the mo, and gave the office kitchen a good clean... everyone was quite shocked.
magnolia65, yes get cleaning use it neat in the oven remember to rinse, use it everywhere but if you are unsure of anything, either ask on here or test a small area first.Proud to be me, proud to be who I am!!0 -

Most of us use it diluted in a spray bottle, and the general dilutiion seems to be about a capful to a 500ml bottle. Some of us use a disinfectant such as Zoflora/Startips/Starpine -all made by the same manufacturer - as stardrops) in it as well. That does cupboards, worktops - generally replaces most other spray cleaners you might have.
Then follow the instructions for diluting in a bucket for cleaning floors etc.
Use neat on stains (carpets, clothing etc). Rinse well after use. Gets rid of all sorts of stains, even dried-in old ones.0 -
Hi All, Well i bought my first bottle of star drops today (75p) and a microfibre cloth (99p). Think I will give them a try tomorrow. I have an old bottle of spray cleaner, which I will rinse out and put my diluted star drops in. Will come back on and let you know what I think of it.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0

Phew read all the posts, managed to get a bottle a week ago but just wondered if its safe to use on stainless steel cookers/splash backs. Used some of that rubbish Mr Muscle kitchen cleaner thing on it and it took some of the shine off the metal and made it all dull.
Thanks.I hate migraines.0 -

Well, I use it on my toaster, slow cooker and metal cooker hood, and it's fine. Does need rinsing, otherwise you get a slight whitish trace on it, but rinse, a touch of baby oil, and they're perfect.0 -

Ok I used it for the first time last night on some grimey bits of an old cooker (New second hand one fitted before xmas and I want it clean when being disconnected...Sad I know
)
Amazing stuff neat. I also have just gone a done the en suite which is very grubby at the moment as I'm trying to get back into a routine after a few years of mentally being lost in the wildernessFound it much easier to use than all the one product for this one product for that business. Also did some tiles with the lemon and salt. Have to I'm impressed and have sorted out my cleaning box with products in one bit and OS stuff in another.
Just having a tea break and off to do second bathroomNot in debt at the moment, but been there in the past and realise I'm the kind of person who could easily fall back into it with the self destructing spending button so making sure I keep on top of being a good girl.

The sister product, Starclens is brilliant on grease especially on the cupboard sides next to cooker hood. Nothing else seemed to shift that - even a steamer!!0

Can I just exclaim over my new microfibre cloth. The thing is brilliant. Used it and my stardrops to clean out the bottom of my fridge yesterday and it has come up brilliantly. I let the cloth dry and today I used it to polish my living room and it is soooo much better than my old duster, actually attracts the dust, instead of just moving it around!!
Am really getting into this OS stuff now, who knows, maybe I will buy a breadmaker next!!Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0
