I've not seen the pink stuff before but I might have to see if I can get some. aside from anything it's pink lol must be good.
When looking for the stardrops make sure you always check the bottom shelf because it is usually tucked away down there.
Thanks for the pink tip.

I wonder who they term cult housewives?
Looks like the range will be in for a refresh and hopefully an expansion in stockists!needmoney
That'll be it ruined then and will cost more.
We should all email them and tell them to leave it as it is or we won't buy it anymore
Surely the 'cult' thing has got to have come from somebody reading this forum.Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)

I dont think they would dare change anything bar the lid, admittedly its crap.
Although i do have visions of it being revamped and sold at at least twice the price. I would however be happy to see the other star items sold in more shops though.0 -
I have used it for worktops, sinks etc but never for washing clothes with.
I gave it a try today, washed two loads at 40 degrees and they all seemed to come out fine.
I don't know how much you are supposed to use in a washing machine but I used two tablespoons in the main wash drawer and added some Lenor to make it smell better.
I think that one tablespoon is equivalent to 10mls isn't it?
If that is right then you should be able to get 30 washes out of a 600ml bottle which cost on average 69p.
Ok, you would still have to buy the conditioner (well you don't have to but I think you would prefer that smell on your clothes to the Stardrops one).
I pay about £2.50 normally for a small box of Persil Non Bio which does about 10 washes if that as we live in a hard water area so need to use more.0 -

A tablespoon is actually 15mls. but you'd still get more washes from Stardrops for your money than from Persil.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
I use 20mls, still happy to get 15 washes for less that a quid though plus i have noticed my machine is spotless where as before i was getting scum and mildew on the door seal.0

For that, I'd recommend kitchen paper, soaked in white vinegar (the natural enemy of limescale), laid on or wrapped around the limescale as appropriate.
Once the limescale has been removed, regular use of the one-third Stardrops, white vinegar and water spray should stop it building up again. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0
