Mobileshop Insurance

I was going to and called them about it. They advised me to send it to Motorola as it would be quicker so I went down that route. After I was refused, Mobileshop told me to use my free phone insurance(I still had it at that time) but when I discovered there was a £25 excess I just assumed that if I sent the phone to mobileshop then they too would try and charge me. On second thoughts I suppose the phone is still under it's 1 year guarantee so maybe Mobileshop are obligated to carry out the repair. I think I'll send them an email explaining all that has happened and see what they do about it.Poppy9 wrote:thor why didn't you send your phone back to Mobileshop if it developed a fault? My OH phone (Sony E) stopped working and he sent it back and had a brand new phone dispatched within days.
I too emailed Mobileshop to cancel the insurance no problem. I'v also had the cashback from them without any issues.0
