Leelee - Thanks for posting about Bookmooch, I just looked at it and its a really good idea isnt it. We have a tonne of books that its not worth selling but that we dont really have room for either so just listed some on there and then I will be able to swap for other books, Fab!!!

You're welcome! I adore BookMooch. Used to have a serious book buying habit and BookMooch helped me clean up my act!

Just a few things for me today:
    • Did my first free scratchcard - [STRIKE]10p[/STRIKE] 20p - just realised I get an extra scratch today!
    • Will nag OH to install free ShowerSmart gadget thingy
    • Meeting a friend for a picnic in Greenwich - will bring a few bits from home for a picnic
    • did online spending diary - gulp - need to cut back now, have been indulging a bit too much since payday
That's it. Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday!

Just dropping in to say thanks to Mogchops:A for starting the thread again, unfortunately internet connection of any kind is very temperamantal in our new place in the country hence my being missing in action. Will probably be best for first person around each morning to start the daily what small things thread just so everyone isn't hanging about waiting:D.

Lots achieved by everyone:T:T well done on car boot sales, bingo wins, xmas bargains and OU assignments, :T, urgh .. to barium meals, and hugs to anyone going through bad times at the moment. Hope everyone has made the most of the lovely weather this weekend:j:j.

Just a few dfw things for me :
    • took energy saving lightbulbs to cottage
    • planted bed full of potatoes out
    • stocked up on some toiletries using boots points
    • made a huge slowcooker of bean/ham and veg stew which fed us evening meals for few nights and also freed up the time for gardening
    • did lots of mowing.strimming and a bit of digging and now have a garden again
    • recycled box off the microwave to use as a tub for collecting the grass cuttings and weeds
    • fed the leftover cheese toastie from lunch to next door's chickens:D
    • got two free cow shaped egg cups when picking up a strimmer from local shop:p
    • found some free parking when visiting the local town
    • brother picked me up some cheap beans etc from staff shop (he works at heinz's)
    • free exercise - lots of gardening, wallpaper stripping, and a short country walk
Think that's about it, have a great evening everyone.:D:D

    Hi everyone,
Happy birthday for yesterday Norton Blade:bdaycake:
Sophiesmum - I take it you are now officially moved to the country? If so, many congratulations. I hope you love living in your new home. _party_

Not that much from me today.

    1) Went to a free cinema screening. Looking for Eric - it was fab!

    2) Managed to get a cheap parking space for less than £2.

    3) Went to the car booty and spent under £3, but got 2 CDs, a Thomas Tank book, and brand new M&S shoes for T.

    4) Storecupboard meals.

    5) Watched a DVD together that we bought ages ago and have never watched.

    6) Listed items for sale on Netmums. Fingers crossed.

    7) Cut vouchers out the paper including a free Father's Day photocard.

    Night all,
    L x
