    Afternoon everyone!

    So far today I've:
    • posted book sold on Amazon and one book given away on BookMooch
    • Replied to Amazon buyer equiring about estimated delivery time and sent feedback prompts to my other buyers. New to Amaon marketplace so need the feedback to (hopefully) generate more sales
    • done online shop - scoured vouchers for free delivery and tried one that didn't work but instead got one that did work for 500 extra clubcard points so feeling a bit better about the delivery charge. also shopped through mysupermarket so got some ipoints and made a few savings
    • used online spend diary to track spending - room for improvement!
    Still to do:
    • return rental DVDs
    • search for some stuff to sell on ebay and/or bigwardrobe.com
    • washing on 30
    • out for a drink tonight with OH but will try to keep to a budget.
That's all from me - love this post it is really keeping me motivated!

    Hi everyone!

How beautiful is the weather today? Brought the laptop outside to enjoy the last of the day's sun!

    Today I have/will:
    • worked til 3 for some money
    • checked banking
    • daily scratches
    • washed the car myself- too tired to hoover inside so will do during the week
    • small payment to CC
    • walked dog for some free exercise
    • having an asda pizza tonight instead of getting a takeaway and have treats from the cupboard for OH and me for watching Britain's Got Talent!
That's all for me, going to chill in the sun now for a while. Have a nice day everyone :D
  • Car booting tomorrow, amazing what you can throw together, my motto is if you ain't used it in 12 months sell it! Weather should be perfect, if i can get £50 quid i'll be thrilled. wish me luck

Maximum Debt £33k in 2007  all on CC's (I know, lesson learned; never consolidate and not cut up the cards!)
Now completely debt free, but it was a double edged sword :(
  • Hey all

Finished work :D And boy am I glad. It was like an oven in there. So happy not to be on the closing shift, as the place was an absolute pig sty when I left...

    Today I have/will:
    • done my free scratchcard (10p)
    • working on revising my thesis
    • store cupboard dinner
    • managed to pick up some cheap factor 50 (!) suncream, so I think I'll move my laptop outside and do some work there (I burn very easily!)
Have a good day everyone, and enjoy the weather! x

HI everyone - Mr and Mrs is on the telly and Morton Harket from A-ha is on it!

    1) SC x 10p
    2) Did weekly shop at Lidl instead of Tesco
    3) Shopped around for home insurance that needs renewing and have found it over £400 cheaper !:j:j
    4) Had to buy new school shoes for B and found some nice ones in TK Maxx.
    5) Avoided mowing the lawn, thus saving electricity. :p
    6) Had a payday treat - £2 earrings.
    7) Had a picnic in the park for cheap fun.

Not much else. We have free cinema tickets for tomorrow morning, but as the cinema is right by the beach I don't think there'll be much chance of getting a parking space!

    Enjoy your evening,
    L x
