Just to note a really stupid quirk about ITVHD in case it helps anyone else. As said above, you go to ITV, and if the broadcast is available in HD, a message will come up after a few seconds offering to switch you. This is the only way in.
However, if you have put in a Northern Ireland or Scotland postcode (which is how you get, for example BBC1&2NI and UTV in your 101, 102 and 103 channels) then you will not get this message as there is some stupid licensing problem between ITV and the owners of STV/UTV.
To get round this, just go down a few channels from 101, somewhere in the 900's, you'll find the different ITV regions. On any of the English feeds, you'll get the switch to HD option.

Or just set your postcode to something else, say TW8 9HH (Humax's offices in the UK) Only issue is you don't get local news, but then it's never much use anyway uness you live in the main town where the local ITV network affliate is based.
