I know a lot on this thread signed up to Betfair some time ago when Pigsback had an offer. Those who have, and also have a Paypal account, might want to take advantage of a current Betfair offer:

1. log into your Betfair account
2. deposit £5 from your Paypal account
3. wait for an hour or so, then Betfair will have credited you an additional £5
4. you can withdraw your original £5 back to your Paypal but you have to place a bet with the £5 credit.

Me too. I guess it's to make sure we're definitely logged into our accounts, as we're following a link from an outside website. It seems to happen some times and not others. I don't know why it doesn't happen every time we follow links for comps from MSE, perhaps it depends on the way the page we're going to is set up?
