Well, so far I have no complaints about Pigsback. My points for entering competitions, purchases, signing up for newsletters and clickthroughs have all been credited promptly. I have requested only one rewards voucher but I received it within a week.

Sometimes I have problems with the daily competitions but these seem to be the same as when everyone else is having problems. When I complete the daily crossword, I press submit and it comes back to the login page so that I have to redo the crossword and press submit again. But, that's OK as I don't suffer from short term memory loss. Now, what was I saying.....:D However, if I re-login just after loading the crossword and then complete it, sometimes it goes through first time. The Grolsh (I think it was Grolsh) send an e-mail to a friend resulted in my friend getting a blank e-mail (may have been Grolsh's fault), the Daily Diet Tracker thing wouldn't work (probably not Pigsback's fault) and the Loserville e-mail didn't get to my friend because I submitted the wrong e-mail address (must try again!). I applied for the free squeezy pig but the page kept coming back to the login page so I tried twice and this may be why I didn't get one........although, it may still turn up. However, I wouldn't dream of complaining about these things as they are not really a big deal, don't take up too much of my time and so far I'm very grateful to whoever it was who pointed me in the direction of the Pigsback website.:A

Yes the Toucan quiz is reset on mine with the same answer: Walt Disney. I got 20 points for that again. I hadn't realised you get 10 points for answering the "long" carpe diem quiz correctly.

Thank you to all who post the answers. I am up to 1500 points and am working towards either a £20 voucehr to take the kids out for pizza or a boots one to treat me.

I had another £50 of leisure vouchers ordered but they didn't arrive. I ordered a subsequent £10 and they did arrive.

I rung Pigsback about the earlier vouchers and I was told that when larger amounts of vouchers are ordered at the same time sometimes their system flags them, to stop abuse, and they take longer to be checked and processed. The girl was very friendly, very helpful, and the vouchers are being posted recorded delivery for arrival tommorrow.


So if anyone is worrying about a missing vouchers then maybe this is a common explanation?

wonder if someone can confirm something for me please

did anybody order anything from CDWOW via pigsback yesterday? im 99% sure it was still double piggy points when i ordered yesterday afternoon,yet when i looked in my piggybank this morning i have been awarded 10p per £1 spent and not 20p

The front page said double points, but the CDwow link page said 10/£1. Is that double anyway, isn't it normally 5/£1? I think the 20/£1 was a Mothers Day(week) special.

I'd drop them a line via the 'contact us' link. I've had all my emails to that address answered within 48 hours.
