has anyone had there 100 points for filling in the waitrose survey????mines havent come through yet and it said they would within 24 hours!wheres my points????????????lol

Do you mean the one about the Goodfella's survey? The email I received which told me about it said it would take 21 days.

Perhaps the reason some people missed it is that it went straight into my spam inbox. If you're a Yahoo email user, check your bulk email inbox.

I printed out the voucher but have not used it yet.

Printed mine, intending to use it when I'm next in an area that I know has a Waitrose, which I use occasionally. Not received a survey, though.

Perhaps they've done it by postcode? No point sending us the survey if we live too far from the nearest store, I guess. Or maybe it's just pot luck. :)
i registered with carling monday, had points by tuesday, was very impressed
My Carling points were credited within 24 hours I think! I signed up the day the clickthrough became available.

The Miss Marple in me says there has to be a reason why some people get credited points easily and others never seem to get them, but I'm damned if I can see it. I bet Pigsback are tearing their hair out about it as well.

We should all start keeping our own record of when we sign up for things, and double-check that we've fulfilled all the criteria, including using our Pigsback registered address. Then at least we'd know in our own mind exactly when we signed up and know when to start chasing. (I know that after a few weeks I can't always remember exactly what I did when, so it would definitely help me.)

Perhaps it would be a good idea for one of us to start a separate thread, where we ONLY post when we've signed up for something, stating the date and time we signed up, what we signed up for, confirming we fulfilled all the criteria, stating which browser we used, and mentioning any problems we had signing up.

We then post back on the thread when the points have been credited. Any posts NOT listing sign-ups or reporting points credits could perhaps be removed by the freebies mods on request.

No-one would be allowed to edit their posts, so we can see that the data hasn't been tampered with. Any edited posts would be disregarded.

Create a new thread every week to keep the thread-size manageable, and only post back on the thread you posted your sign-up on, (found using the search facility, or user control panel).

Then we might have some data for either Pigsback (or ourselves) to analyse.

If enough people think this might help, and would be willing to contribute to the experiment, let me know, and I'll make a poll thread to get a better idea of the level of interest.

If enough people want to play the Piggypoints Murder Mystery Game ;) I wouldn't mind giving it a go, because it's so frustrating knowing that things are going wrong for some people and not knowing why. If no sensible pattern emerges after a few months, then fair enough, but we won't know unless we give it a go.

(If anyone can think of any other points we ought to log, suggestions will be welcomed.)

I got my carling points and DH hasn't. We both signed up on the same day although I did mine in the morning and he did his in the evening when he came in from work. There doesn't appear to be any logic to why some peeps don't get their points.

I have got several lots of points missing for signing up to newsletters.
