:rotfl: Who is General Failure and why is he reading Drive C?" :rotfl:
  • I didn't get 50 points, but then I don't think I got the 'rude' email in the first place - I checked last week's sizzler and it didn't have the '...is a loser' heading, it was just about Mother's day. Maybe there are different versions of the newsletter sent out depending on your preferences and/or sex, and that's why some got points and not others.

Have a competition to win tickets to see Bon Jovi - does anyone know the answer?

    <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=500 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=offertextnorm>
Bon Jovi are touring again and you know it's going to be a good show when these legendary rockers are in town!
See them perform hits from over two decades of successful recording, chart topping and touring.

To win this rocking prize, simply answer this easy question:

    </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Which album featured the hit 'Livin' on a Prayer'.....

    a) Bounce
    b) Slippery when wet
    c) These Days

    Thanks for your help:beer:

Try emailing them again, using the 'contact us' link on the Pigsback site, and give as many details of when you signed up for the various offers as you can remember. Every time I've used this link I've had a reply back within 48 hours. If you don't get the information you need in the reply, be patient and clarify what it is you are asking. (I've found through personal experience that this helps! :o)

I've also found, (in general, not just with Pigsback), that putting too much in one email can sometimes mean that your later points get overlooked, (issues, that is, not piggypoints), unless you number them and set out your email very clearly. (I'm not always very good at doing this properly.) They are looking at a lot of correspondence every day, so it's not surprising really.

I'm pretty sure I remember getting the loser email but didn't get the subsequent apology, or any points. I'm female!

I've just had another wonder ...

With all this confusion, evidently some upset members, and much clucking all round, I wonder why Darragh hasn't come on to give a brief explanation of who got the 50 points in the Sizzler, and why? And who didn't, and why not?

There's nothing like hearing/reading it direct.

Oh, and if I sound smug, it's because I got the 50. Dunno about Mrs DS, though.
