My £5.65 comission on the purchase showed up in Quidco the next day, just waiting for it to be cleared now. Much less hassle than £7+ on PB points which may never appear????
I've had several transactions fail to track on Quidco, the latest purchase being flights with Virgin Atlantic. If PB had offers from more trading partners then I would choose PB! When points show on PB they are available instantly - unlike Quidco! Still waiting for Quidco credits from November.

Don't you think that if you've been earning free from them for 4 months, then you should have at least taken the chance and used one of their links? (and earn more!).
I take it you've had at least £30/£40 worth of points in the past 4 months? What do you think would happen if everyone clicked the links, but as soon as they wanted to buy something (that is available through Pigsback) they went elsewhere?
What you have to remember (same as with any product/company in their threads/forum), is that you tend to get a disproportionate amount of complaints, people don't tend to post when they're happy with the service (a few nice exceptions on the PB threads), but they'll come a running if they're grumpy!
This thread is rapidly turning into Pigsback complaints department, which shouldn't be its job.
Perhaps something could be added at the top of the threads original post, along the lines of 'This thread is not for complaints, it's for help, advice and fun collecting of points, if you have a complaint please contact Pigsback directly' (with contact details).
It doesn't do anyone any good posting 'I didn't get this or that' - It just makes people wary, i.e, the above post by toozie.
blimey, i've been talking too much tonight, I already sent everyone on MSN to sleep lolahh well, it's a bright new day and i'd probably spend most of it in bed if I didn't have to go off and push me mates car to the garage (run out of petrol last night!)

There are plenty of posts on this thread saying how happy people are with PB's service. (Look at all the ladies posting about Darragh being the vision of loveliness!) Yes, there are lots of posts about negative experiences, but these serve several purposes, such as letting other users know what the current problems are.
If one user hasn't had their points for X, but nobody else has posted about the matter, the one user might think it's just them and not bother chasing up. If they know there are dozens of other people with the same problem, they will all feel a lot more confident when contacting PB. In fact, we're doing them a favour by highlighting their problems.
Let's face it, we must all be reasonably happy with PB, otherwise we wouldn't use the site! The fact that there are complaints on this thread just goes to show that PB has great potential, with many potentially very happy users, but there is also a lot of room for improvement.0 -

I agree with Dormouse AND Zounds. Pigsback has been very good to me so far, but we do need somewhere to air issues that we have, and where others can encourage us to get those issues resolved and give advice on how to do it.
I know we grumble, (and yes, this does include me!) but we've forgotten quite quickly what a visionary concept Pigsback actually is. Yes, it's a cashback site, (we've seen that before), and the potential to earn points without any expenditure isn't new, (rpoints, ipoints, etc), but I don't know of any other site that keeps its members entertained (and going back to the site again and again) in the same way. Obviously this benefits Pigsback, as it benefits us.
The rewards are easy to earn, without spending any money, and all in all, they're pretty good. I also like the fact you don't have to amass huge points totals before you can start getting your rewards. (All they need now is Tesco gift vouchers for my life to be complete!)
We've had some customer service issues, (which seem well on the way to being resolved), but I don't think we'd be getting the same degree of contact and personal service out of the other cashback sites! And the other sites tend to either have dreary lists and menus, or be flooded with banner ads all over the place so you can't see what belongs to the site and what is advertisements. Pigsback doesn't. It keeps your page personal and quiet, and offers you nice friendly pictures to look at instead of all those lines and lines of text. I like that.
I also really like the friendly tone of the site. I find it very comfortable. I don't know how they've managed to get that blend of professional and personal just right, but I think they've done it very successfully. The fact that we don't even notice this most of the time shows how cleverly it's been done. It's like good ballet, everything appears light and effortless. You don't even notice the effort that's going into it until someone makes a mistake.
(This is probably why people get so annoyed. When it's all so easy, how can they make mistakes?!!)
It's a good thing that we have this community here on MSE to help out with problems, and by its nature, it's bound to contain both compliments and complaints. This is healthy, and I'm sure Pigsback are glad we are here to help them sharpen up too.
They've been going in the UK since 2nd June 2005, (running in Ireland since 2000), and Ive been a member since 30th June 2005, so I guess I must still like them! They seem to have been very successful in Ireland, and it's obvious they're going to be huge in the UK too. Today the British Isles, tomorrow the World!

I mailed pigsback re missing 200 offer points for first purchase at cd wow, and Rachel has replied I will get these by the end of the week - yey!
She advises that they should go on within 2 weeks and the site will be updated to show this.0 -
I've just received an email from pigsback offering me 100 points for completing a short survey about Goodfella's pizza and the vouchers they offered us.
The survey took me about 30 seconds to complete.
It states "All piggypoints will be credited within 21 days" We shall see ..................!0
