Im quickly losing faith in Pigsback now...
Still no bingoloopy points and still no Dell points.
Rachel mailed me and told me they have no record of either grr
spent 489 at Dell so am due a good 2445 points there and the 1000 from playing useless bingo at bingoloopy !!
I guess it is easy for them to back out of these cashbacks ! Its our word against them at the end of the day whether or not you clicked through properly and so many posts from people claiming they have missing points. Seems like Pigsback is not worth all the trouble.
If Darragh is about please PM me and help me out here

Now in all fairness then if for some reason you didn't click through (either because your pc didn't log the cookies correctly or the merchants links were iffy) and therefor there is no way for Pigsback to trace your purchase and link then they have to rely on the merchant to provide honest information... If forexample the issue is with your cookies then the merchant probably hasn't got any trace of you using Pigsback and there is little they can do to prove you used the click through. I very much doubt at any rate that Dell will spend hours trying to trace ONE transaction and where it originated from in order for them to give away money On the other hand Pigsback would be loosing money if they just "gave in" and handed over the Dell Piggy points...

Maybe it's worth checking if you internet explorer is entirely up to date and is able to track cokies properly?

Yes a valid point... however, I always click thru, my browsers are ok and I always get cashback due from all the other cashback sites I should have used one of them instead.... I will next time...
