CSA ignored request to reassess, what happens?

If your case was closed incorrectly then it can be re-opened and then closed at the correct closure date. If you reported changes and they are on the CSA system but haven't been done the case is opened so that the changes can be implemented correctly as it is a CSA error. Hope this helps:rolleyes:PlayingHardball wrote: »Hi, thanks CMAC. There is doubt on whether the case was closed correctly. (This came from my CSA case worker) I think not.
Thank you for your insight!0 -

So if he doesnt pay then you deny him his rights as a father.
YOU are as bad as him and the reason so many children grow up with one parent.0 -
Now, now woody she didn't say that at all she said it was out of order not that she denied him his rights...;) nice to see your still making it up as you go along. So if he doesnt pay then you deny him his rights as a father.

Good God, Woody....
I'm now convinced you just may be my ex! If so, as far as denying your rights as her father....can you please send me a little cash to pay for the petrol & parking charges next month when I take her to Gatwick to visit you in your holiday home in the south of France? Things are a bit tight since you stopped paying child support, and it may be some time before the CSA or REMO catch up with you.
Well Woody, you have given me a chuckle, I can't believe there are more than one NRP out there just like the ex!
Hope you feel as good as my ex....what with all the money you are saving!
Forget the impact on your child....or mine
Please check out the other forums, or at least leave my questions alone, I am relying on the very kind and helpful posts from those like Kelloggs, CMAC, Caterfork, Onetomany (like the name), Zara33, Blimey, and Mommerat - many of which have provided USEFUL help and advise on this forum. No i am not your ex
No i am not an NRP. (I take it this means Non Resident Parent).
I can just see things from a male perspective. Some of these posts slate every bloke that comes along, NRP or not.
Many display astonishing greed from the parent the child lives with aswell.
I am not saying yours does, but it was certainly heading in that direction.
BTW.......Your paranoia is going to cause you problems though. :T0
