I have been very critical of CPW and is associated companies - however the latest lot of claims I have had with OSPS have been sent to the Admail 4118 address and have had no problems.
I have even had a text each time informing me that the claims have been received and would be paid within 35 days. I make a note on my calendar for the 35 day point and have all been paid OK.
This post is to show that I give a balanced view i.e. if it all goes OK I say so.
Before you ask why I still use these companies after having problems in the past - well I know how to play the game and get my money - albeit sometimes have to take drastic action!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
Erm Sorry that isn't much use at all. Looked OK when I hit save should read ...
Cashback Claims, Admail ADM4118, Loughborough, LE11 1YX
Has anyone had a Recorded Delivery track to this address? I sent mine over a week ago and the online tracker is saying that it's still at my local Post Office.0 -
I sent a recorded delivery cashback claim to this address on 27 May. For 3 days it was untraceable then another 3 days " your item is in our system ". I received a text from E2Save to say cheque had been raised before the Royal Mail site confirmed delivery.0

i've waited till my final cheque came through to write this.
i have now claimed all of my £456 and only had one problem where they split my cashback because of a 'system error'. however they were appologetic and sent the remaining sum after the usual 28days.
i think their service is fine and their CS is very polite and helpful.
i mean they even have a 020 number to call to get help on the cashback. its free, so call as much as you like on your mobile to make sure you've got the right details and so on.0
