I am so infuriated. this company really don't want you to claim the cashback do they? They are pretty crafty at doing it.
First of all i go to the post office and tried to send back the forms to the address on the Cashback claim vouchers. Apparently this address no longer exists.
so i come home and call up their own customer services, one of the options is 'press 2 to hear the current cashback address to send your claim to' or something of that sort. So i note down the address and go to the post office again, funnily enough this address doesn't exist either.
Does anyone actually know the address for this horribly misleading company?

I have never liked cashback offers. I refuse to accept Cashback. I'll rather pay extra then cashback forget that.0

Post office computers do not pick up some addresses. If you just tell the guy at the post office that you want recorded delivery to the address e2save have given you, it should work fine. I've got 3 out of 4 of my cashback. my last cashback about to send it this month.
my postoffice says the same re: e2save address. I just say send it anyways. They've probably got forwarding sorted at their end0 -
Unless you have been informed otherwise, send off to the original address they gave you - take no chances. If it's been changed, there should be a re-direction in place.
Good luck, but be careful in case you need to go down the LBA/MCOL route.

Erm Sorry that isn't much use at all. Looked OK when I hit save should read ...
Cashback Claims, Admail ADM4118, Loughborough, LE11 1YX

Interesting, that's an admail address, shouldn't it be free then?
But don't risk doing it free, they won't do free special delivery with consequential loss.0 -
Sorry no idea just posted what was on the site..0

The advice re: e2save used to be not to bother with Recorded Delivery - the post office relies on the customer returning signed delivery information, and CPW are notorious for losing or forgetting to file it. Lots of people started using Special Delivery with Consequential Loss protection, which worked fine through all the redirects and so forth.
E2Save then moved to an Admail address. Guess what? Admail can't accept Special Delivery. Coincidence?0 -
CPW were great when I used them 99-2002 then it all went downhill & the many side companies they bought over aswell.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0

I had 100% success with e2save, but others have had nightmares.E2Save then moved to an Admail address. Guess what? Admail can't accept Special Delivery. Coincidence?
If this is correct they need to be avoided - total disgrace.
