Declaring my first June NSD today - and, hopefully, there will be one tomorrow.

Hoping today is going to be nsd number one for the month - spent £30 in Mr T's last night but have bought enough to make lunches and snacks for more than the month, and enough juice to last until at least the middle of next week (I hope, trying to cut down on the fizzy stuff again, it's tough!)

Ok, £30 might be a lot to some but since I started working away from home again I was spending anything between £2.50 and £5 each day when buying my lunch from the shop  this nsd challenge is going to be the incentive I need to not buy any more lunches from the shop this month (even when I really really want to!)

I didn't achieve my target last month - only 5days were in actual fact NSD's. :confused:I thought I did so much better the month before that. But for my first ever attempt at consciously trying it, not that bad..... So this month, I will aim for a grand total of 6 NSD's:money:

Hello! I managed to eke out 27 NSDs in May, which was just phenomenal. There's no way I will manage that in June, since DS1 wants to start going to tennis classes on Saturday mornings again. Grrr! But a target of 20 now seems a bit soft in comparison, so could I please go for 24 NSDs this month? Gulp...

    Thank you!

  • Well, going great guns so far, yesterday was my first and today is my second NSD.

I went to Mr Ts on Saturday and stocked up with meat salad, stuff for sanwiches and bread etc, (which was in may so i was taking advantage of that)

I havent been out and brought anything for lunch and wasted any food and i intend not to shop until i have eaten all i have even if it means i have random things like a tin of peaches with a slice of beef or something like that lol.

I'm hope to get 3 more no spend days this week but i think tomorrow i may need to top up on milk so i shall top up on other items while i'm at it.

    Good luck all
