Focused hard today to make it a NSD and managed it by staying in work at lunchtime and this afternoon, nearly gave in but held in there, off the ground at last with NSD 1!

After a couple of months away from doing this I didn't realise how much I had to focus today to not spend and how much it had become a habit spending again - boo! It will get easier again once I get back in the swing of things

Still no NSDs for me - would've been one today but just as I was on my way home from work I got a text from my OH asking me to pick up some bits for dinner - our local supermarket is changing hands so has been shut until later this month, which means we're forced to do smaller shops elsewhere!
