Why NOT to use recorded?

how do you put the tracking numbers into paypal?

i sell on ebay and have just started posting items recorded for the same reason that a buyer could still receive an item and claim a refund.

The seller should have sent this item special as a POP only covers up to £39 of loss but again that is not your concern. However special is a fairly reliable service and rarely has any problems so the seller has been a little foolish here if they didn't use it.

If seller does not offer a refund in a sensible time frame then take it to a full paypal chargeback and keep that claim open until you get either the item or the refund.

I already mentioned it! Presumably though that is the responsibility of the PO, and nothing to do with me, if they did not ensure it was correctly, and safely delivered?

Never mind..just keep firm and remember you need a full refund from this from seller. As per my earlier post if they don't offer a refund ina timely manner just go straight to chargeback.
