Beware of ordering from these guys. Cheap they maybe but they have zero idea of customer service.
1. Added an additonal handset on to someone elses account - so I could not activate the phone because I am not the account holder.
2. Send back at own cost.
3. Ordered another (silly me!)
4. Wanted it activated on 19/12, got activated on 14/12
5. Wanted phone sent to work - sent to home and had to drive 20 miles to collect it.
6. Phone received does not match the records at Orange. Can not activate it!!
7. Call customer service - can't talk to you until Monday - staff shortage - need to sell to other customers. What about me I am an unhapppy customer - we have plenty more where you come from - send it back and go elsewhere, but we're not refunding your postage. Someone will call you on Monday...
Tell you what I might just take your advice and tell all my money saving friends to do the same...

I ordered my Samsung D500 from them and received it before it was available in any of the shops - no problems at all. Customer Service were helpful when I called about the redemption dates. A friend is waiting for his D500 and every time he's called to check progress of his order, they have been very helpful.
Sorry to hear you've had problems, I think they're great. He huihuinga taangata he pukenga whakaaro – A meeting of people; a wellspring of ideas (Maori proverb)0 -
Totally agree with Loveabargain on this one.
These chaps have absolutely no idea about Customer Service.Oncyou have paid your order then you are asked to contact a different(not an 0800 number from that point!) and the responses are least helpful from then on.
The second nasty surprise comes when you try to get your cashback.
Check out opinions on Onestopphoneshop on Dooyoo and then you would agree with me on this.0 -
Well, each to their own, as I said i've had no problems personally and received my phone very quickly. More than happy. He huihuinga taangata he pukenga whakaaro – A meeting of people; a wellspring of ideas (Maori proverb)0

You have to be very meticulous in sending your claims to them otherwise they will get out of paying you the cashbacks in any way they can. I also agree that their customer service is crap. I have been trying to obtain the CORRECT earpiece for my mobile from them since early October!

I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
Went into the local orange shop, thought it would be more expensive, but since my phone is being cut off tomorrow no choice, however pleasantly surprised....
Got the phone I want - free bluetooth headset thrown in - got someone to recommend me as a friend (£50 for me, £25 for them) and traded in old phone for £50 !!
Overall cheaper than onestopphoneshop and hassle factor = zero. Pleasant experience overall!
Just need to send the other phone back to onestop to get it cancelled. Other sites that I have now checked out also say these guys are bad news - wish I had done a check on them before hand.Charles J0 -
I'm with you loveabargain
OSPS once ripped me off with a cashback - never ever again - wouldn't touch them with a bargepole

I agree with the original poster- these guys (in my opinion) are a bunch of cowboys who will lie directly to your face. They wanted a £150 deposit because they claimed orange wouldn't give me a phone without the fee(I already had two phones with orange and when i checked with them directly they told me I could have two others with no problems nor deposits).
THe customer service is poor and if it hadn't been for me sending my cashbacks recorded delivery they would (and did try to fob me off).
Even if they offer the phone plus £100 over a year I would never go back to them- compared to them dialaphone are a godsend!Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
my sister ordered a nokia phone from OSPS. When delivered she found the phone to be damaged. She had to pay for postage to return it. They refused to pay. She therefore cancelled the order.
i ordered a SE500i on a line rental free offer. It came after a couple of days with all paperwork enclosed. However the free 3 months insurance details was not enclosed. Dp not know if i was cancelled as i said when i ordered the phone.Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems Well at least i learn something on the way0
