Your roses are really good mine never seem tight enough/ I find they have a bit of movement to them. How did you manage to secure them to the cake or are they just placed?
I've lost my cake mojo, have zero motivation at the moment. I need to find it as have bought bits for Easter cakes & have limited time!! :-/0 -
Hi I'm new to the forum and I'm loving all I read, all of your creations are fantastic. Do you all just sell locally? I'm thinking of starting locally but not too sure how I will start. I've made a couple, one which I made awhile ago which i made for my husband to give to someone he worked with and just made my latest one which I've made for a baby shower I'm holding for a work friend. I feel I have a nappy cake by coming on!!
Any ideas on where to start I would appreciate it.
Have any of you used Aldi nappies before or know anything about them?
Thanks all0 -
Tash-I tend to place them with a bit of tape doubled over under them, stops them rolling and then the cellophane helps
Tax-welcomeI don't do nappy cakes as a business but have had people both local and long distance (so I ship them), I've not used aldi nappies, I've heard lots of good things about lidl ones but tend to stick to brand name
