Happydayshere, I've used the giant box nappies sometimes come in, they are the perfect size for a 3 tier if you get the biggest box they do

Hi can anyone tell me the best place to buy boxes for posting cakes out, Thankyou

    www.ascdirect.co.uk
I use this company, and I have them custom made using the boxbuilder on their site, they are great boxes for posting nappy cakes, select the first box, single wall, and choose either white or brown boxes. Hope that helps.

I personally prefer to use Pampers but they are slightly more expensive than Huggies but 'COSTCO' have Huggies in at the moment and they work out at around 8p per nappy, but you need to be a member to buy and membership costs £24 a year.
