To stop the ribbon fraying I either cut it on the diagonal or lightly fold the end legthways and cut on the diagonal from the fold to towards the end of the ribbon which will end up as a V shape. I hope this makes sense.

I saw those bears today in our local town and they were retailing at £6.99 (saw you post on FB that they were £2.60) They are lovely bears.

Like gemini says says, fold the ribbon over and you should get a better cut, try and do it one snip.

Good luck wtih your first craft fair Natalie. I don't know what everyone else does but I just take 3 3 tier nappy cakes in a pink, blue and neutral, plenty of sock cupcakes and smaller things and a few mid priced things, in my case the baby bouquets and boxed sock cupcakes.

It was pants cup cake queen but on the upside I think oh felt guilty and bought me a set of plastic drawers to keep all my crafty bits in.
Good luck with you fair natalie. I took 2 3 tiers and 2 2 tiers and 2 1 tiers and lots of low price items. I really need to find another one to do. Even if you don't sell much its good advertising and a nice day out.

Who would have thought that things like plastic drawers would one day make our day - I would be delighted!

Thank you.I like the bright ribbon aswell, I wanted it to look modern and a bit different, wasnt sure if cream would look better but I like it.
The vest have blue, brown and orange stripes so thought it worked.
I need another set of drawers for all the nappy cake stuff now as that set has fit all the bits and bobs like paper, ribbon etc.
