Here is my latest order, my customer wanted a 3 tier girls, so I tied in in with Valentine's day and made this Sweetheart nappy cake which she loved.

Hello, welcome to the thread.
I am also new at nappy cakes and have made a couple for friends. I have taken the leap and booked a craft fair though on the 4th of March. I am also struggling at finding things cheap as I think when your just starting pricing them reasonably is the best thin to do. Once I start selling some I am hoping to do a more luxury range along side the cheaper ones as I would prefer to use better quality items.
Maybe just add up what you have spent including the cost of getting the things and then think what you feel you would be happy with as a profit. think of the time involved making it and sourcing the products.
Im sure more experienced people with have better ideas than me. I have just done a facebook page if you fancy a look. you can see it by clicking my name and then see zangels homepage I think. Its new so not quite sure how it works.

I am trying to seek a warehouse or wholesaler but no luck. Its like the secret service lol.
