To post a picture you need to use a photo sharing site such as flickr or I think picasso is one. Yoe then upload the picture onto there and then you can share them by using the url on here or by copying them from there to here. Thats what I did, Im not very good at explaining though.

Try this soft ware http://wisedownloads.com/Go/gimp/?subid=download%20gimp&source=google_gimp-search-gimp-uk_7 easy to use and great for resizing photos, for website photos they need to be resized to 400 x 300
