Hello ladies!! Long time no see! Have been AWOL from the boards for a couple of months as Fibro has been realllllly bad but trying to bring myself out of it and get on with crafting again - have done a few nappycakes and will try and blog them when I feel up to it!!

Lovely cakes everyone btw!!! I just wanted to pop on and ask those of you who do 'events' such as craft fayres etc some advice - basically ages ago (before the fibro flared up!) a friend asked if I would like a table at an NCT nearly new sale that she's involved in - as it was for charity and not very expensive I said yes thinking it would be a good trial to see if I could cope with doing those kind of events! Anyway now I'm panicking!!! I still want to do it but want to keep the amount of work & effort that I do to a minimum but would really welcome some advice to those that have done them before as to what sells best and how many and what type of nappycakes and items I should make?

I thought I would make the following:
Mini cakes - in pink, blue & neutral - but how many?
Sock cupcakes - again pink, blue & neutral - but how many?
Feeding Spoon/washcloth lollies - pink, blue, mint
Babyjam - 2 pairs of socks in little jars (mainly cos I have a stock of jars & it'll be easy!)
Nappycakes - how many do you think I should do? is it worth doing 3 tier ones? maybe one in each colour? whaddya think?

Also, I've got some really cute hats that my M-I-L has knitted look like strawberries, blackberries etc and thought I'd try and sell those but wondered if anyone could suggest a cute way to package them - have you seen anything on your travels that would be good?

Also could anyone direct me to best place for public & product liability insurance?

All advice welcome please - thanks!!

    xxx
