Hi,
I have nappy cakes stored for 6 months or so and they are fine rolled without opening!
My sister in law is due a little girl in sept sometime, am going to make an extra special huge cake for her.:D However I am going to have to wait till she has had it as last time she was also told she was having a girl and out popped a lovely little boy!!
Going to get started making more cakes in next week... providing little one stays asleep in evening.:o0 -

My daughter is expecting her third son at Christmas and when she asked the sonographer if she was sure.......she said she would bet money on it ! How surprised we would all be if it turned out to be a girl.0 -
I travel to the states quite regular and always stock up. I usually come home with great ribbons, teddies, cotton blankets, clothes, bibs etc etc.
although none of these are not necc cheaper than purchasing at home they are much more nicer and of course unusual.
i love some of the logos on the bibs.
just 4 weeks now to my next shopping trip..lol0 -

I bought some "cupcake bibs" in Florida, slightly too high to put on the outside of cake but too pretty to put inside or fold. May have to make a double layer or come up with some idea.0 -
what about putting them actually on a teddy on the top tier to hang down to the front OR making a 2 tier with a larger teddy with the bib on.
your like me tho.. i buy loads and then create myself a headache thinking where to us them0 -

Didn't think of putting it on a teddy, good idea, thanks:D0 -
Hi Everyone, how are you all? I've been in respite care so not creating any nappy cakes (i thought I might get strange looks if i turn up with boxes of huggies, blankets and toys!), i did how ever get one of the volunteers at the place interested in a nappy cake! Shes taken my details for when she has a grandchild later this year. I've got an order for a small cake from a lady who brought a 3 tier just before I went away so im happy! I've been offered a free advert in an events magazine too, but need to crack on and get my website up and running- i still can't decide where to build my site/what site to go withBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
