hiya, am having a bit of a catch up on here as ive been too busy sending parcels (for post Pals). I've made a couple of nappy cakes (both Christmas ones) and have an order for another one but we are waiting to see if its a boy or girl (due just before christmas
). I've been selling some reindeer, hot chocolate cones etc, i wouldnt of done any of this without your encouragement, so thank you fellow nappy cake makers! I was so excited to have something in an actual shop! I've been making towel cakes as well as my neighbour ordered 2, i charged her cost price, but then she got muddled and gave me half of that and I don't have the heart to tell her! Oh well!
I hope you all have good Christmas, especially Candy and Craftgranny- i hope its hospital free for you both (sorry i didnt reply to your last pm crafty but i will do soon, i was pleased to hear she pulled through the procedure ok, ive been thinking of her).

Hi StephMT
I have found the first Nappy Cake thread but don't know how to link to it so bear with me!
The first one was called Nappy Cakes and the person who started it was gems2381 on 2.10.2007 Go into Members List at top of this thread and look for gems2381. When you find her it's just a matter of looking for the date on her post and you will find it. Sorry if it's a bit muddled.
Someone will almost certainly know of a really easy way.0 -

Lots of love x
Mind you it feels like christmas has come early for us, the hospital changed my daughters gels/creams 2 weeks ago and the scar has FINALLY healed
Not happy tonight though, have a pink 3 tier to do, and don't have enough white nappies (loads of spotty dotty huggie ones!!!!!!!!) and somehow I have only 1 white sock
AND they want 2 'daddy tool belts' ...... I only have 1 made/printed up.
Looks like I'm having a late night tonight.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness
