Carlymummy that's gorgeous! really love it.
It's a friend's other haf that has done my pics and before he'd seen them he said to her apparnatly that he'd take the pics of them in one of his white boxes. She looked at him blankly and asked him how big he thought they were, he said about 6" tall! Bless he was a bit shocked when he saw them at over 2 foot tall!
LOL! 6" tall can you imagine how tiny the nappies would have to be :rotfl:
People are shocked when they see how big they are aren't they!
The photographer used a white background and sat them on a white blanket. He is just starting up as a freelance photographer he works in TV at the moment, I am pleased with the pics though. I am busy uploading to my website but PC keeps playing up - grrr typical!

Hi ilovemygirls
Feel free to PM me but as a general rule I don't like to spend any more than £2.99 a toy, anymore and it wouldn't be worth it really!Proud mummy to 3 beautiful boys!0 -

Hi Bella! Good to see you are still around. It's good to know you are soooo tired! - means the orders are rolling in! :j
CandyB101 - I use Pampers newborn size 2 which are white with a coloured strip across the top. The size 3 are the same with just the strip but that is just the "newborn" (yellow pack) Don't know what the other size 3,s are like.
Could you do the tiers in different sizes (stating on label) and just cover the patterned ones. Maybe you could use them up that way.
Carlymummy - I absolutely love the cream lion cake! The photos are fab! It makes such a difference! :T0 -
Can i ask any of you what would you do. I have been asked by someone if they could buy some of my baby icecreams off me (here is a link to them) http://jkhcrafts.blogspot.com/2009/01/baby-ice-cream.html she wanted a deal on them i sell them at craft fairs for £3.50 so i said i could do them at £3.25 well she loved them and now wants more 40 for now them maybe more (she does have a shop) but wait for it she wants them for £2.00 each her words where at £3.25 im making more then enough on them there is no way well in my head there is no way £2.00 each is anywhere near enough or am i being silly would you do it for £2.00 each. There is the bowl spoon and vest plus the wrapping and ribbon with a flower to make it look nice and then the tagI Love My Computer Because My Friends Live In It0

No chance giggle + time and effort for doing them. I would stick to your guns or maybe offer them for £3 and if she doesn't like that that thats her problem. It isn't worth the hassle and i wouldn't be too bothered if she didn't have them. A lady has asked me to do a towel cake but wants a big towel bale included and she wan'ts it personalised with the peoples names. She didn't like the quote i gave her and kept trying to beat me down but I would have been out of pocket she asumed as she had had a cake off me before i would do her a deal but it couldn't be done and we left it.
Some people want soemthing for nothing and don't understand the prices of things.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
Giggle, you are such a sucessful nappy cake/gift maker as it is i wouldnt do the icecreams for that if i were you. I dont know how much they cost you to make but with all the time that goes into them if your only making a few pennies its not worth it, i bet she won't be dropping her prices, nor would she expect a big company to lower than prices for her other items she stocks, why should you?Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

OMG, does she expect you to make a loss? I'd think you were mad if you even considered it. I know they'll want a mark up themselves, but they are just taking the proverbial!0
