Just thought I'd let you know that Homebase have some lovely square wicker baskets on sale ..... can't remember the exact price, pretty sure it was around £1.49. Available in white, mahogany or a light tan colour.

They'd be fab for anyone wanting to make some baby hampers.

Unfortunately I couldnt find a link on the homebase website.

Well girls, i really struggled getting hold of Winnie the Pooh goods, tried Matalan, Sainsburys, Asda, B and M Bargains, and a couple of other shops, so decided to go for a Alfie Giraffe cake instead.

Ive edited it in Adobe Photoshop, and im not too good at using that program, sorry.

Thanks for this - I just went into my local M&S to buy holiday clothes from DS - it was dire, they had none in there at all, I ended up spending £70 on me though :eek::eek:

    afternoon ladies.
i'm after some advice - I have just came back from the florists where shes bought the 3 x2tier cakes i took down (the ones with the photo frame teddies). while i was there i said that i was struggling to get teddies the right size which are baby safe for the 3 tiers and she's given me the chance to order the teddies in the pic above for £1.59 + vat so £1.82 a teddy they are 8 inch and have baby boy and baby girl written on their paws do you think this is a good price? i have never looked into these kinds of toys with the embroidered messages etc so i have no idea if its good or not and not being very clued un on sizes would 8" still be too big? I don't have any smaller teddies left that i could measure... they do have a 6" brown bear which is 89p so £1.03 when i add on vat but it doesn't say whether its baby safe.
    what would you guys do?
    thanks in advance
    k
