^LOL, it is t3rrible, the product for the most part was fantastic after 2003/4 inital 1st generation 3G handsets.
The nails's in 3's coffin were decisions to leave o2 roaming for Orange & give india customer care - sheer stupidity, 3UK - what a waste of £20 billion+ !
