It is a known fact Yes Loans is a scam. The Managing Director of the company Keith Something or other is Banned from being a director but it hasn't stopped him.
They thrive on making people miserable.
If you want your money back you need to call head office and ask for the accounts department. Keep pestering them. demand your refund but you won't get the full amount back. Nobody ever does.
They have also probably sold your contact details to other companies and F****D your credit files up!- HSBC Premier - Mastercard £9,000 - Overdraft £6,000 - MBNA Platinum £3k (£2,500 @ 0% SPENT) - American Express Platinum £6,100 - Coutts Classic Card £5,000 - House Of Fraser Recognition Mastercard / Santander Cards £250 -
- Bank Americard Limit $3100 - Citi Mastercard Limit $700 - WalMart Discover Card $2,500 Limit -0 -
According to the BBC, the Office of Fair Trading are taking steps to shut down Yes Loans.

what a pity companies pray on people that need money for what ever things they need and quite often its people that cant afford the fees to start with as already stated a lot of these firms are brokers and dont give you the money which is why they charge over the top fees cause you have little or no chance when your totally down and out to try and get it back!
add a company called EASYLOAN and you have a good mix, and unless you can make time to chase your money it wont come back to you.
perhaps its possible for the admin to produce a list of companies which people have had more than one bad experience with [cant all be wrong]
or even better but [no chance]
SHOULD THESE COMPANIES BE MADE TO ADVERTIZE MORE CLEARLY THEY ARE BROKERS, AND THAT ONCE YOU HAVE EXCEPTED A LOAN A FEE WILL COME OUT OF IT????
OR IS THAT TO SIMPLE.
i didnt read the small print either lolol

A list of companies would be of little use - firstly, most people stung by brokers only seem to Google them after they have money taken.
Secondly, there are constantly new company 'names' appearing, once they have been rumbled they just change the name.
The only way to stop people getting shafted by brokers is to educate them.- If you have a bad credit history, you are unlikely to get the loan you want.
- Anyone offering you a loan that seems too good to be true, usually is.
- The only reason to ever give your card details out is to PAY for something - nobody needs these to 'verify' you.
- Just because someone in a call centre tells you something, or promises something, DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH.
- Some people are prepared to lie and lie again in order to obtain your money.
Always THINK
'why do they need to know this information?'
'why are they offering me what all the mainstream banks have refused?'
and finally
NEVER RUSH ANY FINANCIAL DECISION0 -
I would thank the above again if i could....far too many think they can after ripping other company's off continue to get loans...these company's are more clever than the people applying..You will not get a loan if you have bad credit....simples..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Hi guys
Why on earth did I not stumble upon this forum site before applying to a company called "My loan"
I am so annoyed with myself now, have given them £70 and all I keep getting is PayDay loan companies offering me quick payday loans.
I didn't think I would get accepted through a High Street bank as was declared bankrupt some years ago, so searched on Internet for Guaranteed acceptance Loans. Never in a million years did I think there would would fraudsters out there who would just take your money and do nothing to help.
And after reading post now from other like companies, it doesn't seem likely I will get a refund either.
Can anyone help???
I have emailed them, and the email got bounced back undelivered....no surprise there then after reading someone else's story. But i havent read anyone relating a story about "My Loan".
PS. My Loan is a Trading Name of Enhance Financial Services Ltd
Any help would be appreciated..
I feel sucked in....0
