I just almost got done by Yes loans! I paid £69.50 but then they asked for another £200 to be transferred through Western Union and his name was John Smith but sounded very Indian and as if he was in a pub! These people are taking the 'p' out of the great British public! How come a governing body hasn't got involved and stopped these people advertising on the TV?0

Stop it please........0

Haha good old Yes Loans. I like this western union scam thats cropping up to now. I am sure I read on a post someone transfered £1100 to Western Union to get a £3,000 loan :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

I got caught with this one as well. But have filed a small claim against them online for the admin fee plus interest plus court costs. They have 14 days to respond. It will be interesting to see what happens.0

Yes very interesting.
By the way, how did you manage to file a claim when you can't even read a loan companies simple terms and conditions?0 -
I actually made a bogus application to Yes Loans today!! Just to see what all the fuss is about and i have got to say, they must mention that they are just brokers 4 or 5 times. They also do state the refund policy on the phone and they do make it clear that you have to pay £69.50 (for all the unauthorised, yes loans stole my money posts). So, i can only hazzard a guess you would get laughed out of court. Perhaps a recorded delivery letter would be a good place to start instead of claiming so much bull - get over the fact you never listened to a word they said or read the T&C.
The legal action posts are the best. Haha theres a fool on facebook devoting all his time and effort to put together a 'dossier' to take to court with him. Mr Yes Loans is probably rolling around the floor in his 2 million dollar mansion haha. I certainly am in my small home :rotfl:0 -
Thing is with me, i didnt say they could to the guy on the phone.. because i had no money in my bank.. and they took it out, even though i dont have an overdraft, and i was left with the charges.0

can any1 help, i have been naive and fallen for the yes loans scam! i stupidly believed that i had finally been accepted by some1 for a loan of £3000 and in turn paid the £69.50 admin fee on my debit card! i have since read all of the warnings online and im panic stricken! is there any way i can get the admin fee back? should i contact my bank and put a stop on my debit card?
i have tried to call them but was in the queue for 30 minutes and as i only have a mobile had to hang up!!!!
i would be very grateful for any advice but please, if all your going to do is call me stupid then please dont, i feel bad enough already!
thanks0
