Hi,
I have seen this on ebay its just for the licence key it sounds good but is it legal?
And were are they getting them from I know you can get keygens for software which is not legal.

Well you answered your own post - there's clearly a risk when buying software, licence key only, from ebay at a price that's too good to be true. Also, you haven't actually won any lottery you didn't actually buy a ticket for.
Also, why pay for norton (legit or otherwise) when you can get equally good or better protection for free?If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

I have never had any problems been using norton for years.

Unless the person selling it happens to post here, I don't think there's any way to find out aside from buying it.0
