The voucher is just a normal top up voucher, I think there might be an expiry date but it's a long time.
The £5 credit is pre-loaded on the supplied sim so you can't use that credit on your existing number, if you have one.
The phone is locked to Virgin (but can be unlocked easily).0 -
This bit worries me..
"You must be able to prove student status on request"

also if you are an existing Virgin customer and you are entitled to a little reward for spending £100+ on top up. You can login when you buy - click through the reward bits, click view basket (no extra discount will be seen) click to go on to the next bit and it should give you the option of using your reward for extra discount£2 Savers Club total 0 - Thank you Mrs lllnorrislll0

Thanks, that answers my second question too. Was thinking of getting one for myself and one for hubby. Should i leave it a few days before ordering a second one? Or can you order 2 at a time, say 1 Nokia and 1 Siemens?Errrr...come back later

You can also go through Quidco to get an extra 9% cashback. I've just bought the Nokia and got £2.02 tracked in my account instantly. Makes the true cost of the phone a whisker over £20. Agree it's not the most 'hippest' phone out there but a great price for a spare.Moneysaving is costing me a fortune!0

Quite......if I've broken down in the middle of Bodmin Moors at 3a.m, the AA or RAC guy I phone won't know or care what sort of phone I've got when I'm talking to him, all he needs to hear is my voice?
It's a phone and it's primary function is to communicate..........if this phone does that then it does its job :rolleyes:You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky
Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0 -
