It depends who you bank with now - most of the banks are on this fast track system now so it happens the same day. Check with both parties and you may be lucky.

Funnily enough icecube I spoke to CCCS on this subject yesterday. I know on their website that they like to spread it amongst your creditors, but the lady I spoke to suggested we make full & finals as and when we can as the main aim is to clear your debt by whatever means. Obviously this also means that the money that was paying your smaller creditors is redistributed so it should keep everyone happy.
