I also had this with a close family member who died - phoned tax credits to let them know and they asked twice to speak to her. Second time around I couldn't think of a way to say it other than 'you can't because she's dead'.
Good luck OP your brother is lucky to have you looking out for his interests. I would second the advice about seeing if you can find a client list and 'snowball' from there - word will start to get around.
Another thought, are there any trade publications you could put a notice in?0 -

Unfortunately I already spoke to o2 and they have on record he's in a coma otherwise at this point I'd probably get my other brother to pretend to be him and say he's forgotten the password so they send it to his house.
They won't do any divert without his authorisation.
His organisation isn't the greatest so I don't think amongst his muddle of an office there would be anything as organised as a client list. I may get my Dad who is in the same business to call his clients that we know about to let them know of a change of number. I worry that for example Fords is one of his clients and finding the right person may not be easy. We won't know who the actual contact in the organisation is.

The appropriate response from a call centre when someone has died is surely "I will need to have that in writing, with a copy of the death certificate".
I wouldn't worry about any letter from the hospital being in Spanish: you can always get it translated.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Does he have an accountant? They will have records of clients billed & that may give you a place to start.Thanks to all who post comps :A :T0

If you could find a copy of his mobile phone bill (again try the accountant), you could maybe text or phone everyone to ask them to call you or the home phone or whatever. You want them to call in so you can explain the situation and capture some details if necessary.
That may get the phones he contacts, but won't help with those who call in.
