I know there is a lot of bad publicity regarding politics at the moment, however I still feel it is worth registering your vote even if it is a protest vote.
Incidentally who does everyone think will be our next MEP's for NI? My guess is as follows:
1. Sinn Fein - De-Brun.
2. TUV - Allister.
3. DUP - Dodds.
I think the SDLP will be close on the heels for that third seat, it may be a close call.

yes i am making sure i vote , i think its important to take up the chance to vote just think how hard people try in some other countries but they are prevented from doing in a very violent way. We should make sure we exercise our right to show up at the polling booth and stick our X were we choose :othat sounds a bit rude but you know what i mean:rotfl:. even if you decide to go and spoil your paper as a protest. I do wish there was an option box on the voting forms to tick 'None of the above there all rubbish 'or words to that effect:D0

Don't vote it only encourages them.:rotfl:
I believe all MLAs and MEPs should be castrated if male. The women should have their heads shaved. Let's see how serious they are about serving the public.
I always vote for the under dogs so it will be the Green Party.0 -
I'll be voting - my first time doing so too! I haven't received my polling card yet, though. I will not be voting fo the homophobic DUP or TUV so that narrows my options somewhat.0

donnac2558 - I've never seen a more awful election poster photo than Agnew's. He looks like he didn't even wash never mind dress up for it. I'm not sayuing a haircut and suit and tie are the be all andf end all but you'd think they sort of go with the position.
Or maybe it's just me.Have I finally turned into my mother? I'm told it comes to us all.

Must be something useful you can do with those thousands of election boards.
Did you know they predict 16% turnout in Poland.
I'm not surprised. They'd need very long arms.0 -

He's going for the Crusty Tree Hugger look. Don't they all look like that. Like they've been dragged through a hedge backwards!0 -
Agnew looked quite presentable on the PEB. Like a different person.0

labour, tories and lib dems seem to be in it for themselves is are most of the parties
i will only be voting independent candedates
you only see mp's local and county councilors at election time or to get into the paper the decent 1s are few and far between
thats seems to be happening in my area0
