    Ok, well Bolton PCNs are all compliant I believe from last seen. As long as they have correctly described the contravention.

    You would be well advised to check the off street PPO that Coblcris mentioned because I believe he is pointing out that some adjudications have hinged on the relevant pay/display requirements.

    As for the now 4 people who advised you to solely plea for discretion. Bolton are not known to be too helpful in that way!

    I got one of these overturned (Macclesfield) , it was a windy day and guess it turned over on the dashboard when I shut the door.

    Scanned in a copy of the parking ticket, and gave them time entered car park so they could check on CCTV that I had purchased a ticket.

    That the OP does the same as me as it worked in my and 4 others cases. But this obviously is not a friendly board, won't bother posting on here again.
