honestly, i don't understand why these people just DON'T park on your property. if it's really obvious, as you say it is, that it's your land then they are clearly cheeky beggars. leave a note under their windscreen wiper telling them not to park there again. a pity your neighbours aren't good neighbours.0

An old workplace used to glue notices to the windscreen when cars parked in the emergency bays - didn't damage the car but a !!!!!! to scrape off.

YES! And a nice big one too, right over the driver's side. Hehe0

Its not actually illegal to deflate tyres either so I understand seeing as you are not actually causing any damage....0

Put some gates up? Or a parking meter would be good.
They are being impolite - I'd just go out and tell them to Get Off My Land.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Don't touch or do anything to their car. Just make it a pain for them.0

being devil's advocate, i would like to see if it really is obvious whether or not they are parking on your property. i mean, most people understand what is private property and what is not. why do these people not realise that you own the land?0

How much does it cost to obtain a licence to clamp vehicles these days? You could put a sign up saying "Release fee, £500" and there's naff all they can do about it i reckon!!0
-
Oh, I think they do but just don't care. Or perhaps the open-plan bit has misled them into thinking that it's open-access as well0
-
return the favour - park your car on their drive (or lawn if so inclined)0
