Afternoon all. Haven't completely caught up yet but nearly time to serve up dinner so I thought I'd post first!

Two loads of washing done, dried and put away, including my bedding.

I did the bedrooms today because the forecast was good and it did indeed dry my bedding.

I'll repost when bedroom day/s come round.

I also did all the polishing in the living room, windows, skirting etc. and vacuumed right through downstairs and vacuumed the stairs. I put two of DH's coats upstairs in the wardrobe. I'm going to wash the throws on Friday so they are done for the weekend. So that's today done too I think.

And (there's more ;)) I cut the front grass and edged it and swept up. Might do the back after dinner. Earlier on I watered my new plants and the pots and put slugbait round again.

I did try to send you good vibes last night Toots, hope they helped.

Decided to go round to old next door neighbour later on this afternoon as it was so close to lunchtime when I got back, that it would've looked like I was inviting myself over for lunch and I've already got stuff in here. Will watch neighbours and home and away and then go, as then I don't have to rush back either - we usually chat for a good couple of hours at least. Managed to get some lovely bright orange and yellow flowers which should brighten up her livingroom a bit - the sun can't make up its mind what it's doing today - it's obviously doing the hokeycokey. lol

Sitting with a cup of tea catching up with the thread. Will go and read some of my book in a minute and will put the load of washing that was done yesterday away whilst I watch the soaps.

Well done to Miss A and all of the other little helpers.

Penny...while you're here I thought I'd ask the expert (that's what you're signature suggests anyway!!!;):p)...what do you reckon to a bag of M&S museli that went out of date in October 2008? Ok to use? Was thinking of doing some sort of baking with it. Not sure what though?

Have a look at it - if it smells and looks OK, it probably is, especially if you're going to cook it ;) I'll see if we have a thread on using up muesli :D Here you go - what to do with a bag of muesli.
