I have also emptied the TD and paired all the socks, there were no odd ones :T:T:T:T:T:T:T Mum had already done the DW. The table is in the ROOM OF DOOM it will take quite a few HHC's to reach it :o:p

Mum washed the plastic for recycling, cleaned the hob and wiped the cupboard doors and some of the work surfaces. We have collected all the dirty clothes and put the WM on.

We found the bag of odd socks and counted 49 :eek::eek:

    oops
decided to sort out the TV system and disconnected sky and the internet and have been cursed and damned to hell LOL

(well muttered at and 'if you don't know what you're doing leave it aloned' at LOL it needed dusting and I have disconnected the video because it's rarely used and got the standby saver fully functional (last time I cleaned it I couldn't get it to work again but then I remembered that the little plug needs to be pushed in very firmly). So when we standby all shuts down bar the sky box because that doesn't like being switched off so needs to be left on standby. If I leave it alone I won't learn, will I?
DD is bored (grrr) now I'll go back in and clean the rest of the room...

Natty68 ~ Of course you haven't put your foot in it, he had a long life doing what he liked, being an all round Bohemian and writing, I think most people would feel lucky to have been able to lead a life like that.
Although I don't like the books, I agree with Toots that Martin Shaw is most watchable :D....think uncle would have been very pleased with him in the role of Gently....also I'm glad that there is a tv series because it leaves my aunt and niece with an income, behind people who devote themselves to writing ( and I guess lots of other big creative works ) there are often families giving up lots of things to be supportive, glad that they are getting something financial back for what they did.
And now you all know loads more about my family than you wanted to, back to flying:o

Hi everyone, fairly productive morning so pretty happy with that. I've made inroads on todays list - will bring the hoover down from upstairs in a bit and hoover then it's just a case of running round with a duster but it's not too bad so should only take 10 - 15 minutes all in.

I've made 2 batches of twinks hobnobs using up the last of the porridge oats and some dried raspberries they taste delish - can i freeze them does anyone know? as i'm home alone till Thursday evening and i could do without eating them all :o

Hope everyone is well, big hugs and love to all those in need or simply want one! xx
