Really starting to see the difference in the family room now. It is not all done but I now have just one pile of important stuff which needs actioning (hopefully today) and another longer term pile.

Focus for the week is going to be sorting the rest of the room and just dailies as there are various bits I want to and need to do with the kids.

Just having a cuppa and a piece of cake now which I action a couple more bits.

Have just had an ice lolly from the freezer with the kids and am shocked by how many have disappeared since we bought them on friday. 1 box has 2 left out of 10 and all 6 boxes are open .

    Off I go again

I make my own cos I seem to go through loliies like nobody's business - bit of fruit juice or left over smoothie in a lolly mould - delish and healthy.

I think we should also do a visualisation for Lady L next - I think her need is greater than mine.

That's why we're practising on you first :p... we need to get it right before we try it out for LL!
and yes I do drink loads of diluted fruit squash, decaff tea and coffee - probably about 2 litres in total a day - but I want to drink more plain water so thats why its on my MACAW. as for the kitchen well ......la la la ...I cant hear you for the radio!!!:rotfl::rotfl: dont worry i wont be doing anything I cant manage - I just dont have the energy or the strength!

Well stop scaring us by putting heavy lifting on your list... have you had your glass of water yet?

I have had so many 'flypeople' vibes, I don't want to be greedy & outdo my welcome :o I am a firm believer they work though......so everyone 'visualise' hard tonight we can do this for Toots xx

Right, leeks and courgettes potted on - I'm off to the gym in a minute to go to body combat and then off to dinner at my parents' house, so probably won't be online again tonight, so don't talk too much or I'll never catch up. Will be thinking of you tonight toots.
