My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is..............to be in bed by 11 and to drink a glass of water everyday.

You need more than one glass of water every day young lady! What else are you drinking during the day?

and I sincerely hope you aren't moving all that stuff on your own

Would 9pm be OK for toots' visualisation? I thought it would be a good time for her to start relaxing before bed (particularly after her unauthorised late night last night :p), and most of the rest of us will have eaten/put LOs to bed etc and probably also be ready to start winding down. Try to find somewhere quiet to sit so that you can concentrate. Does anyone need any more info?

    Hi greenbee
You can count me in too (some instructions would be great) Thank you xx

Just a quick post. :dance:Monday's list all completed  Not sure who is doing the stars this week....apologies for not catching up with the new thread yet. I did some of the kitchen yesterday, while dh did a lot of work in the garden. The children played out there for most of the day, and had a great time. Today it is really overcast but really muggy. It is such a shame after such a beautiful day yesterday.

I hope you are all ok and that you have enjoyed the Bank Holiday weekend. It seems to have flown by. I am going to go and rest my eyes a bit ;) I feel really tired today. I will do a few more jobs later. Have a good afternoon and I will see you all this evening,

9pm is fine with me Greenbee.

Monday - kitchen and dining mess
    Sweep and mop the floor
    De-web and fluff the room

    Extras

      [*]Wash the windows
[*]Wipe down paintwork/sideboards/units in dining room
      [*]Clean filters and detergent dispensers
      [*]HHI

Only two things left to do to get a star. Not doing the floor until everyone is inside for the night as DH and the girls are walking in an out all the time.

Could just do with a little nap...DH and I had a glass of wine with lunch. We sat outside with the girls and had HM pizza, potatoes in (HG) chive butter and salad, finished off by cornflake cakes that DD1 and I made yesterday.

Just having a half hour chill out as I've been cleaning and cooking all morning so haven't really sat down yet.

      See you all later. x

      P.S. Welcome to the newbies!

I think we should also do a visualisation for Lady L next - I think her need is greater than mine.

thanks greenbee - thats sounds fine - and yes I do drink loads of diluted fruit squash, decaff tea and coffee - probably abouot 2 litres in total a day - but I want to drink more plain water so thats why its on my MACAW. as for the kitchen well ......la la la ...I cant hear you for the radio!!!:rotfl::rotfl: dont worry i wont be doing anything I cant manage - I just dont have the energy or the strength!

I have found that i am reading posts and forgetting to do stars - must be thinking I am still on hospital leave:rotfl: - so i hope I havent missed anyone - make sure you keep an eye on post 4 for your stars and shout at me if I miss you!

Monday - kitchen and dining mess Star Please Toots!
      Level Two
      [STRIKE]Sweep and mop the floor[/STRIKE]

Wednesday is good for me LadyL - I'm looking forward to it now. For all of you who are curious, we're going to maison blanc for afternoon tea as I have a 25% off voucher.

Flying wise, apart from the kitchen floor, I've mopped the bathroom floor too (I did it by hand with a cloth and a bucket of flash, as I find that the mop I have doesn't allow me to scrub the tougher bits very well. I've also put a load of washing in the machine, and only have 1 very small dark's load left to do. Think I'll do that tomorrow though cos I'll have my gym stuff to wash too.

I'm up for the healing visualisation for toots too, but will probably be at my parents' house for dinner at that time, so may have to try and find a quiet place for a bit. Would be happy to do the same for LadyL too.

      Agreed :)
Well after a slow start this morning Miss A and I have been very busy. We loaded the car up with the old smashed fence panels and then took them to the tip. W was on guard duty staying in the car playing on the DS and keeping the car keys whilse Miss A and I unloaded :D

When we got back here Miss A and I spent almost 2 hours hoovering and dmap wiping all the interior surfaces (with stardrops of course ;) ) to make it all sparkly again. I just need to wash the outside and the car will then have had it's annual total going over :rotfl: Although I usually di the same just before we go away on hols.

Miss A has earned £2 for all her hard work.

Just had lunch and a catch up on here, about to swap contents of WM to TD and put another load on.

Miss A and I are in for the visualisation tonight :j
